Obesity has become a way of lifestyle in the current global environment where people eat based on the fashions and fads in the food industry as against thinking what’s best for their country’s climate or for their bodies. As the population of obese people increase, the number of people willing to shed weight is growing forever. Those who put on weight suddenly want to get back to the slimmer bodies and those who have always been plus size want to pursue size zero. Therefore, the need of physical activity in the form of various types of exercises is humongous now. There are many aerobic exercises, of which one of them is doing one handstand, where the person is expected to stand on their hands rather than on their legs. This has many advantages. By doing handstands and standing upside down, rather paradoxically as it may sound, the body attains better balance and stability. More blood is pumped into the head and brain for a short period oxygenating the brain cells. The muscles get a toned look and the stomach and hip muscles get stronger and tighter through handstand pushups, which is good news for those who aim at achieving a slimmer waist by cutting down a few inches.
